Whatever the reason, we've discovered that creating delicious, nutritious foods without wheat and dairy is very easy and can also be enormous fun!

Many people find cooking without certain 'staple ingredients' quite challenging and discovering what does and doesn't work can be a daunting process, but that's why we're here to help. Although we're always told not to, we happen to quite like playing with our food and through lots of experimentation, trial and error we've managed to create some great foods which we know will be a hit with anyone, whether on a wheat and dairy free diet or not.
